Costs & Charges
All prices are subject to VAT @ 20%.
Prices quoted are fully inclusive of disposable tableware, crockery, cutlery & napkins.
A service charge of £4.99 will be added to all buffets to cover delivery & (where required) collection, unless specified otherwise.

Bookings
Changes to a booking should be advised to us at least 2 days in advance of the event, where possible.
Reductions in numbers cannot be made less than 24 hours in advance of an event; in these cases the originally confirmed numbers will be catered for.
Whilst we can generally accommodate last-minute bookings with less than 24 hours notice, these are subject to a 10% surcharge.

Cancellations
Cancellation of a booking will result in loss of deposit.
Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will incur an additional £5.00 cancellation fee.
In certain circumstances, emergency bookings will be accepted. In these situations, we allow a 24-hour notice period in which to cancel. Should this notice period be exceeded, payment will be required in full.

Delivery
Delivery to venues outside of the Manchester region may be subject to additional costs.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please keep the buffet trays as they are reusable. Our delivery driver will collect them.
Where delivery is restricted, you will have to make arrangements for a person to collect the buffet from the driver. Delivery fee will NOT be added to your invoice.

Credit card facilities are available.

General
Customers are responsible for all non-disposable equipment whilst in their possession. Shortages and damage may result in an additional charge.
We reserve the right to change these conditions at any time, without notice.
